Amir Rosentuler - Executive Chairman

Amir Rosentuler is the Executive Chairman of Motork, having joined the Company in 2020. He is a highly regarded and experienced leader responsible for overseeing Motork’s relationship with the investor community, among other objectives.

Amir has over 25 years of management and entrepreneurship experience within leading tech companies, including more than 15 years serving at NASDAQ and NYSE-listed companies. He previously served as Co-CEO of Deutsche Telekom HBS Inc., a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG.

Amir currently serves as the Chairman or Board Director of several companies, including Radix Technologies Ltd, Quantum Hub, Compit, Craft.io, Nostromo Energy, emaze, and Openvalley Israel. Amir completed an executive program at Babson College.

Marco Marlia - CEO & Co-Founder

Marco is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of MotorK. He has a passion for innovation and has accelerated MotorK’s growth whilst maintaining its unique culture and core values.

A serial entrepreneur, Marco has over 20 years of experience launching and scaling innovative digital companies. Prior to MotorK, between 2000 and 2010, he co-founded several online companies focused on web development, search engine marketing and lead generation.

Marco is focused on leading MotorK to drive the digital transformation of the automotive industry and provide manufacturers and dealers with innovative solutions to improve consumers’ experiences when purchasing cars. Under his leadership, MotorK has been recognised by multiple organizations as one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe, as well as become a trusted partner to more than 90% of car brands in EMEA.

Marco holds a master’s degree in Economics & Business Finance from Bocconi University. He won Automotive News Europe’s Rising Stars award in 2019 and is the author of the first operational manual for digital dealers, which has been translated into five languages.

Boaz Zilberman - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Zilberman leads MotorK’s Operations, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Post Merger Integration, and cross-functional management practices. He prioritises cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution.

With over 20 years of experience in software growth companies, Mr. Zilberman has held various roles in Operations, Product Development, Innovation, Corporate Development, and Legal. Notably, he was previously Head of Business Development at AccessFintech, where he oversaw ecosystem partnerships and channel sales.

Before that, he served as Head of New Ventures at IHS-Markit, leading post-trade processing innovation. Previously, Mr. Zilberman held the positions of Head of Strategic Initiatives and Head of Legal and Corporate Development at Markit. During his tenure, he played a key role in the company’s achievement of its first $1 billion in revenues, facilitated 25 acquisitions, and orchestrated over 100 partnerships.

Joe Sanchez - Chief Revenue Officer

Joe Sanchez is an experienced sales leader with over 30 years of international experience, having lived in Germany, the U.S., and the U.K. He most recently served as the Chief Sales Officer for Thomas International, a U.K.-based leading SaaS platform in the predictive hiring space, where he restructured and managed a channel sales team that drove sales with over 50 partners and value-added resellers operating in over 60 countries.

Mr. Sanchez moved to Munich from Silicon Valley in 1995, where he held various roles at Maxim Integrated as the company grew from $100 million to $3.5 billion in revenue, most recently serving as the worldwide leader of Maxim’s Global Channel and Direct Sales teams. As Maxim rapidly grew its market share, he also opened and scaled multiple offices around the world.

Mr. Sanchez holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He is based in London, U.K.

Yair Pinyan - Chief R&D Officer

Yair is Senior Vice President, Head of R&D at MotorK. As leader of the Engineering, IT Operations and Quality Assurance teams, he’s a business enabler in charge of the company’s technology development, making sure MotorK’s R&D efforts are geared towards steady innovation.

Yair boasts extensive knowledge of advanced technologies to solve complex problems and has worked in R&D organisations for over 20 years. He most recently held the role of Vice President of Research & Development at BKS (Britannica Knowledge Systems), where he successfully transferred an on-prem product into a SaaS solution, while managing a remote team of 70 engineers. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Orbotech Ltd, Correlor Technologies Ltd., Microsoft and Gteko Technologies Ltd.

Yair holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, in Israel, as well as an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C., United States.

Fabio Gurgone - Chief Technology Officer

Fabio is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of MotorK. As CTO, he serves as the central point for technology innovation and determines our technology vision and strategy, leveraging both mainstream and emerging technologies.

He has over 20 years of experience in tech companies. He began his entrepreneurial activity in 2004 and co-founded several businesses focused on digital marketing consultancy. In 2010 Fabio co-founded MotorK, now recognised by multiple organisations as one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe.

Fabio graduated in Computer Software Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Thomas Becker - Chief Human Resource Officer

Mr. Becker is a seasoned Global Human Resources executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector and international business environments. Serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), he is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong track record in human capital strategy, business transformation, and organizational development. Becker has extensive experience aligning HR functions with corporate objectives, driving cultural change, and optimizing workforce performance across diverse international markets. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), talent management strategies, and fostering sustainable growth. He is recognized as a trusted advisor with strong leadership, negotiation, and change management skills, dedicated to building high-performance cultures and delivering measurable business impact. Mr. Becker has worked across the United Kingdom, United States, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands, bringing a truly global perspective to his leadership roles. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he is the Managing Director of the International Talent Academy, where he drives initiatives in HR education and professional development. Becker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Hiram College, Ohio, and is an FCIPD-certified professional from London. His thought leadership extends to publishing articles on business transformation, personal branding, and HR trends

Zoltan Gelencsér - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gelencsér joined MotorK as Chief Financial Officer in early 2025, overseeing financial operations, aligning strategic planning with long-term business objectives, and driving scalable revenue growth while ensuring cost efficiency.

With extensive leadership experience in strategic business management, digital transformation, change management, and operations, he brings a data-driven approach, a strong commitment to quality, and a culture of accountability.

His global finance executive roles at Vodafone, eBay, and General Electric have shaped his expertise. Before joining MotorK, he served as Senior Vice President of Group Financial Planning & Analysis at Sportradar.

Mr. Gelencser holds a BA/BS from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA from London Business School.

Johnny Quach - Chief Product and Marketing Office

Mr. Quach was appointed Chief Product and Marketing Officer in late 2024 to drive MotorK’s growth and innovation by integrating product development with marketing.

Leading product strategy, he focuses on customer-centric innovation to solidify the company’s position as an AI-first SaaS provider for automotive retail.

As the owner of marketing strategy, he enhances brand visibility and customer engagement through growth-focused campaigns.

With a proven track record of driving top-line growth, profitability, and organizational transformation, he has held leadership roles in digital companies such as TrueCar (USA), Hostelworld, AirHelp, Rocket Internet, and Match Group.
